You have the right to request deletion of your personal data.

What data can be deleted?

• WhatsApp conversation history associated with your phone number
• Contact profile information and AI-generated notes
• Any personal data stored in connection with your interactions through our clients' WhatsApp Business accounts

How to request deletion

Send an email to info@softlivery.com with subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your full name, WhatsApp phone number (with country code), and the name of the business you interacted with (if known).

What happens next?

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.
