These Terms govern your access to and use of Softlivery's Contact Center platform. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Softlivery provides an AI-powered omnichannel Contact Center platform enabling businesses to manage customer conversations via WhatsApp Business API, with AI-assisted and human agent capabilities.

2. WhatsApp Business API Usage

  • Comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service at all times
  • Use approved message templates only for permitted use cases
  • Not use the platform to send spam or content that violates Meta's policies
  • Ensure end users have consented to receive communications via WhatsApp

3. Billing

Our platform operates on a pay-per-use model. Fees are calculated based on messages sent, AI tokens consumed, and API calls. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

4. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Spain.
